So you are thinking about booking, or maybe you have already booked with our studio? I wanted to share a little bit about our studio, and why we have won Top Aisle "A" Lister in Richmond Weddings Magazine for hair and makeup services in the winter of 2013. I think our studio and what we have become from our Faces by Joy beginnings is something very unique and special. I know you will too!
 
We are speedy at response! As soon as your inquiry comes into our system you will have a response back in your inbox within 24 hours, answering your questions that you have sent or an answer if we are open for your date. If you choose to book with our studio, we collect information that is shared with you on a personal password protected customized web site so you can always see everything at a glance.We work to get you booked within 3 days of your request, if you so choose to book. :)
We practice and work together as a team! The team gets together at least 1 time quarterly (in the winter months actually bi-weekly) to practice styles and work together on new makeup ideas and colors and hair styles for our brides. 

We have the PERFECT meeting place that will make you feel at home! Our 2200 square foot studio is a perfect meeting place for our brides to come to meet the stylists, have a consult and relax! Its very girly and sometimes we light candles and serve chocolate. Just say'in. Its also a great place to have your hair and makeup done for your wedding day if you choose not to have our  "On location" services. We have a large kitchen that you can stock with food and champagne and enjoy getting ready in our studio!
We can provide extras! After your consult you can get a bridal portrait done or a super romance session(see links above) and make the most out of your time at the studio with pictures and even get your groom gift taken care of!

We have you covered with our experience! The entire team has wedding experience on hundreds of weddings together! We talk timelines before the wedding, and because we have experience, we understand how to work with your photographers timelines and your wedding coordinator to make sure you are ready on time.We work with bridal updos every weekend and our style of wedding makeup is a practice that we consistently get rave reviews on.
